Tree Swallows at the BWIAB - 4 May 2013
My Digiscoping Workshop (hopefully) went well Saturday morning at Ottawa NWR as Day 2 of the Biggest Week in American Birding Festival began. It was windy and cold, but the 12 participants and I had a nice setting in the back courtyard. We were surrounded by feeders and nesting boxes for American Tree Swallows and nearby Purple Martin houses.
These images were digiscoped w/ the Nikon V1 & 18.5mm f/1.8 lens attached to a homemade adapter on the Zeiss 85T*Fl and 40X W eyepiece.
