Ruby-throats! - 08 Aug 2021

I hadn't touched the camera(s) since we got home from New York last month. This morning, while watching the Ruby-throated Hummingbirds chase each other around the yard I still didn't plan to take any photos. But, after enjoying their antics for a half hour I decided to grab the scope and give the digiscoping rig a workout. Glad I did. 

Baltimore Oriole juveniles have been chattering like away like crazy the past several days, so I put out the jelly feeders. A baby House Wren, several Song Sparrows, Common Yellowthroat, and Gray Catbird all made appearances, as well. Even a few wasps.
